A tri-ply titanium frypan, a two-sided steel cutting board, and precision tools — built for the kitchen you use every day, and gift-ready enough to hand to someone else. We tell you exactly what's inside, including the one thing most pans this pretty won't admit.
Before you order: this frypan has no nonstick coating. It's 99.7% titanium on the inside, bonded to aluminum and stainless steel. We say so in the listing, and again on a printed card inside the box — before you've even seasoned it once.
No mixed sets from three different brands. Every piece was chosen to sit in the same box and get used the same week.
Titanium interior, aluminum core, 430-grade stainless steel exterior — stamped as one solid piece, not welded. The oven-safe loop handle is permanently fixed; the main handle screws on and ships with its own assembly wrench, so it's never glued in and you can always tighten it yourself. Comes with a tempered glass lid and a 304-grade stainless steel rim so you can watch it cook.
Genuine 304-grade stainless steel, lab-verified, two faces: one textured so the knife grips and won't slip, one polished so it glides when you need speed.
Steel-and-wood handles, silicone heads — safe on the frypan and on the polished side of the board alike.
A ceramic grinding mechanism inside a solid wood body — won't dull or rust like the cheap steel ones.
Matte black box, gold foil detail, a printed letter from us inside explaining what titanium is (and isn't). No wrapping paper required — this is the kind of box you hand someone as-is.
Pure titanium is biocompatible and scratch-resistant — but on its own, it's a poor heat conductor and heats slowly and unevenly, with hot spots. Our triply construction gives each metal the one job it does best.
Durability, corrosion resistance, and the reason it works on induction cooktops.
Superior thermal conductivity for fast, even heat — no hot spots, no scorched patches.
Non-reactive, scratch-resistant, coating-free surface that's safe for direct food contact.
Every cooking surface is a set of trade-offs. Here's an honest side-by-side against the four most common alternatives.
| Cooklosophy Triply Titanium |
Solid Titanium | Stainless Steel | Nonstick (Teflon) | Aluminum | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Heat distribution | Fast & even — aluminum core | Slow, uneven — prone to hot spots | Even only if clad; uneven if solid | Fast & even — aluminum core | Fastest & most even of all |
| Reacts with acidic food | No — chemically inert surface | No — chemically inert surface | Minimal, but long acidic simmers can taste faintly metallic | No, while the coating is intact | Yes if uncoated — acid can pit and leach the surface |
| Metal utensils safe | Yes — no coating to scratch | Yes — no coating to scratch | Yes, but softer — shows wear sooner | No — scratches and degrades the coating | No — soft metal, dents and scratches easily |
| Heat discoloration | Resists rainbow/blue staining | Resists rainbow/blue staining | Common with high heat | Coating browns/discolors over time | Discolors and can pit |
| Induction compatible | Yes — 430 stainless exterior | Usually no — titanium isn't magnetic | Only magnetic grades | Only with a magnetic base plate | No, unless bonded to a magnetic disc |
| PFAS / PFOA / PTFE | Free of all three | Free of all three | Free of all three | PTFE is the coating itself | Free, unless coated |
| Surface over years of use | Nothing to peel or wear off | Nothing to peel or wear off | Holds up, but shows scratches and staining | Coating typically wears within 1–2 years | Dents, scratches and pits with regular use |
Search "titanium pan" and almost every listing promises effortless, coating-free nonstick. Read the reviews on those same listings and a familiar complaint shows up again and again: eggs stuck, the pan didn't behave the way the photos suggested, the seller never mentioned it needs a different technique than a Teflon pan. We'd rather you know that going in.
A true tri-ply pan — titanium facing the food, aluminum for heat, steel for strength. No PTFE, PFOA or PFAS, because there's no coating of any kind to contain them.
It isn't a Teflon replacement that releases a fried egg with zero oil and zero preheating. Titanium releases food well once it's hot and lightly oiled — the same way a good stainless pan does.
Coatings degrade — most within one to two years of regular use. There's nothing here to scratch, peel, or replace. Metal utensils are fine. The dishwasher is fine. It's built to be the last frypan someone buys, not the one they quietly replace next year.
Every material in this kit was submitted to Intertek Testing Services Hong Kong and passed. Report No. HKGH03392150, issued August 31, 2026.
Total fluorine screening came back below the 20 ppm detection limit — no "forever chemicals."
Passed California's leachable lead & cadmium testing across the frypan, board, grinder and utensils.
Silicone, metal and ceramic components all tested to FDA food-contact requirements.
Lab-confirmed genuine 304-grade steel (board, lid rim) and 430-grade steel (frypan exterior) — not a lookalike alloy.
Titanium, aluminum and steel pressed together in one piece — not a thin coating layered over a base metal.
A fixed loop handle for pulling it straight from the oven, and a main handle that screws on — with the assembly wrench included, so it's never glued and you can always tighten it yourself.
The stainless steel exterior means it works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction, and goes straight into the oven.
There's no coating to scratch off, so a metal spatula is never a problem — unlike every coated pan on the market.
Watch the food while it cooks, and don't worry about plastic hardware warping near the burner.
Textured side for control on raw meat and vegetables, polished side for fast, clean slicing.
Every piece can go in the dishwasher. We still recommend hand-washing the frypan to keep the finish looking new longer.
Pan, board, utensils and grinder arrive matched and gift-ready — no assembling a kitchen from four different brands.
The card in the box walks through this too. Uncoated titanium rewards a little patience the first few times — after that it's second nature.
Preheat the empty pan for 30–60 seconds on medium before adding any oil.
Add enough oil or butter to lightly coat the surface — the same amount you'd use in any uncoated pan.
Let food release on its own. If it resists a gentle nudge, give it another 30 seconds — it hasn't seared enough to let go yet.
Hand wash when you can. The dishwasher won't damage it, but hand washing keeps the finish brighter for longer.
This is a kitchen kit first — the pan, board and tools you'll actually reach for on a Tuesday. It just happens to also arrive in a matte black, gold-foil box with a printed note inside, so it's ready to give the moment someone deserves one.
Coming soon to AmazonNo — and we'd rather tell you now than have you find out from a burnt egg. It has no PTFE, ceramic, or any other coating. With proper preheating and a normal amount of oil, food releases cleanly, the way it does on a well-used stainless pan.
Yes. The stainless steel exterior layer makes it fully induction-compatible, along with gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops.
Yes, on the frypan and on the textured face of the cutting board. There's no coating to scratch, so metal spatulas and tongs are completely fine.
The loop handle is permanently fixed. The main handle screws on, and the kit ships with its own assembly wrench — so instead of a glued or riveted joint that loosens over time, you can retighten it yourself in seconds whenever it needs it.
Yes. Intertek Testing Services Hong Kong tested the full set — Report No. HKGH03392150, August 31, 2026 — for PFAS content, leachable lead and cadmium under California Prop 65, FDA food-contact requirements, and genuine 304/430 stainless steel composition. Every requirement passed.
Yes, every piece is. We recommend hand-washing the frypan when it's convenient, simply to keep the surface finish looking newer for longer — it's a cosmetic recommendation, not a requirement.
One tri-ply titanium frypan with glass lid, one double-sided stainless steel cutting board, four silicone utensils with steel-and-wood handles, and one wood-and-ceramic pepper grinder — packed in a matte black, gold-foil gift box with a printed card.
